Alphline Technologies will be developing a web-based portal for South West Community Development Council (“SWC DC”) Baby Blisscard initiative. This initiative is targeted to celebrate the birth of every new born in the South West District. This program has various incentives ranging from a specially-designed limited edition cashcard (for all new sign-ups) to attractive merchant discounts as well as invitations to various baby-related events. This initiative into its 6 year continues to be a very successful program and this portal will allow SWCDC to better serve its users by providing a centralised platform for information as well as allow registrants to sign up to the program online.

The Back End Administrative module is driven by our customised Content Management System. This system will be used to manage all online applications & member information, provide reporting tools for track and measure purposes and manage website content display as well.
